So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable. It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh. But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!! I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lol I know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol! The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

This review is in total truth. I received my order faster than anticipated, actually, the very next day. Now that's fast. I took 2 pills that very same day at 5:30pm. I had results by 8:45pm. It was a success. Absolutely, no cramping. I continued to take 2 pills a day on days 2 and 3. On the 4th day, again I took 2 pills. I did have mild cramping, but nothing that was serious. My stools were beginning to turn clear. So I told myself that if on the 5th day my stools were still clear, which they were, I would stop taking the treatment because in my opinion they had successfully done their job for that time. So I stopped taking the treatment after the 5th day. I'm not deterring anyone from doing all 15 days straight through. But these are a powerful, potent treatment, Nothing says you must take them for all 15 days straight. I couldn't handle being toilet bound for 15 consecutive days, because that's what would have been the result. If you go with this treatment, plan your days accordingly, you will have need of immediate commode access. Also, I modified the time I took the pills, not at night, but in the early morning upon first waking. If I'm going to be in for a surprise, I want it to be during my waking hours, not while I'm in deep REM sleep in the wee hours of the night. And I'm so glad I did. So there you have it. I felt totally cleansed within 5 days of treatment. The ingredients of the Cleanse are all natural, which is excellent. My stomach did go down. The treatment is a success and I have 10 days supply on hand to use again at my discretion, which I will do. I highly recommend this treatment. It is potent and successful. I do recommend that a person tap into their own wisdom when necessary and modify time taken and duration of treatment as necessary, as suits the individual needs and schedule. I plan to use this treatment again. Dr. Bo hasn't heard the last of me. Maybe even twice a year, but definitely at least once a year. At that price it's a win-win. I am experienced with doing way more intense colon cleanses. I have used Dr Sebi products for serious illness before and if you understand that protocol and program you know how intense and pricy those herbs it can be. I wanted to do a cleanse but not have to put out . I didn’t want to get the expensive one quite yet and I noticed the ingredients in this were all ones I am familiar with that are great at cleansing. I too 2 at a time for 5 days. After reading the instructions and reviews. (The instructions says not to take more than 7 days consecutively) On day 5 I did a 2 day break. Then took for 2 more days. On average most people have about 20-30 pounds of compacted waste in their colon not even to mention the parasites and biofilm. Now I must say this is extremely inexpensive. Yet highly effective on cleaning you out on a budget. I lost a good 15 pounds. And understanding what I said about the amount of waste people have sitting in them you get this is gonna remove that in a very dramatic way. There seems to be a 6 hr processing time between when you take it and when you go. If you have never done a cleanse of your colon before DO NOT do this when you have to go anywhere or work for at least the next 2 days and have a lot of water on hand. I noticed the first 3 days were the most intense and like any cleanse once you get the bulk out usually within 5/6 days the body will begin to regulate but depending on what you eat will depend on how well you bounce back. You keep eating crap you gonna have a never ending supply of crap to let out. I think this is a great way to start before you change your way of eating to a healthier cleaner diet especially if you are transitioning from a meat eater to vegetarian or plant based. Of if you are beginning a weight loss goal. With diet and food and are making changes start with this clean out the colon so toxic and all the waste can be removed and begin to eat better clean and drink tons of water. You will font you feel much better lighter and have more energy getting rid of all that crap literally. And it is very easy. I started with 2 cause I am used to intense cleanses but it may be best for some to start with one or start with 2 and see what happened and maybe ween down to 1. Every reaction will vary but this will get your colon empty non the less. If you don’t see it working as well you may need to do the 2 pill all the way through. If you look up medical studies on the interests all of them are known to make you go. So this will work you just need to adjust the dosage for what your body needs. Sometimes some people are so backed up you need to take for 3 days before the weight of it all comes down but it will come. So be patient. This is not for the light weights who spaz over everything. You are gonna be too scared when you realize how much 💩 you are full of lol. But trust the process and get to at least 5 days you will be thankful you did. Especially if you are beginning a weight loss journey just realize you have to change your eating habits to better cleaner ones to really have and keep dramatic changes. For the price this is a steal to have a cleanse be so effective. Although dr Sebi products have personally helped me reverse some serious things it is pricey for the herbs. And I would go to it for illness. But if I want a quick colon cleansing, this bottle really is the ticket for doing so with natural clean and efficient. I don’t know why it says 15 days when you can’t take longer than 7 ( I didn’t get to day fifteen yet anyway to give a final report on the overall after) but I will say I made it to day 5 just fine and then took a 2 day break. And watched my tummy go from looking about 6 month pregnant to almost flat in a week. And feeling so much better. Just get it. But remember do not take this for the first time when you got to go out or to work or not be near a toilet. Within 6-12 hrs of taking it.

First, let me say I’m a female 5’ 106lbs. I have been Very bloated lately and carrying extra weight in my stomach. My bathroom schedule hasn’t been regular mixed with lady hormones and food cravings. After reading the reviews I decided to try this but was scared to take 2 pills so I took only 1 pill at bedtime with 16oz bottled water each night for 3 nights.. Night 1 I braced myself for the dreaded stomach cramping that comes along with laxatives. No cramps. No explosions in the toilet. Just having to go a little bit at a time during the day. I’d rather prefer getting it out all at once. Spending an hour on the toilet instead of little bathroom breaks all day. It wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t diarrhea. I did feel lighter though! Night 2 I expected the same results. But NO. Still no cramping, no diarrhea, no urgency. I didn’t even have to go until 12:30pm! I wanted so badly to evacuate my bowels but it wasn’t happening. All I got was an upset, gassy tummy. Small, infrequent bathroom trips.I was afraid the worst was still coming so I stayed close to home. But, alas nothing. No miracle laxative. No empty colon. So I thought I’d give it one more chance to do what I had intended it to do… Night 3 I had crossed my fingers and waited. And waited. And again didn’t have to go until well after 12 pm. Upset tummy with gas again. Only a couple small bathroom breaks all day. I didn’t like the unknown of waiting for possible disaster. Nothing much happened. My stomach was bubbly but I just couldn’t get anything out. Maybe it was because I only took 1 pill each night. But it just didn’t work for me like these other reviews experienced. I badly wanted to evacuate my bowels and cleanse my colon. I didn’t take it longer than 3 days. Maybe next time I feel brave enough to try it, I’ll try 2 pills when I have absolutely nowhere to be the next day. I gave it 4 stars because it wasn’t a terrible stomach cramps, exploding diarrhea experience. It just didn’t do as much as I expected it would.

They are easy on the stomach and effective. It makes me feel lighter. The bloating disappeared. I only took 1 and within 9 hours it worked. I will probably just do this for 4 days after reading the reviews and save the rest for another round.

Works great especially for stomach blotting. Just a little crap not all the time, that’s when it tells you it’s almost time to go to the bathroom. One thing it does works in different times, depending on the time you take it. If you think your going to be out make sure you have a bathroom nearby. I will definitely purchase again 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This pill will definitely clean you out. I gained almost 10 lbs here recently. I deal with chronic constipation. It’s gotten so bad before that I’ve had partial blockages. I was positive I had a blockage again due to a lack of bowel movement…and even a mirolax cleanse wasn’t moving anything major. So I took a long shot and got this. I am on day 5 and wow. Just. Wow. It’s been really helping. I had a movement on the first day just hours after taking it and I felt GREAT! That being said…the side effects on day 5 are no joke. I’ve been nauseous and dizzy sometimes. Especially after I finish in the bathroom. I’ve also got pretty severe stomach cramps right before I go. And that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. I made the mistake of taking it before going to work and I ended up calling out bc of how ill it made me today. I plan on continuing with the cleanse, but I will be taking it as soon as I get home as opposed to in the morning.

I've purchased this product more than 9 times, so I've had plenty of experience with it. For me, it helps when I’m having trouble going to the bathroom and fiber or regular laxatives aren't doing the job. I also find that it helps me feel less bloated. One thing I would recommend is taking it when you know you'll be home or have easy access to a bathroom, since it seems pretty potent. I personally started with just 1 capsule to see how my body responded. I've tried other products like this, but this one has worked better for me and is also less expensive than some of the alternatives I've purchased. Based on my experience, I would definitely keep buy it again.
