Would be nice if it did something
Ordered two months ago, need to use it, no power. No sign of a way to change the battery (is it under the screw on the screen side? The screw won't move.)I have order three and one worked well for a reasonable amount of time. The other two died before they were useful. The one that worked seemed accurate enough, but I've paid for three to get one that works.I prefer the design of this scale to others; no hook makes it is easier to position and lift, especially if you are short and weighing a big suitcase.

Doesn’t work - wasted money
Arrived and did not work. Screws were stripped upon arrival so we were unable to change the battery. Waste of money.

Handy scale that is just OKAY...
I like this scale..... There I've said it.This scale is small, lightweight, easy to use and read, and convenient. But no matter how convenient an item is, it must first do what it was designed to do. This scale is designed as a luggage scale. It functions as a luggage scale in use, but the question always remains.... When you read the scale, can you rely on the reading..?? And therein lies the problem. I am NOT saying that this scale is inaccurate. What I am saying is that you may not be able to rely on it on every occasion. I tried the scale on several different pieces of luggage and other items that I could lift with it and then compared those weights to the same item as it was weighed multiple times. What I discovered was a tendency for the displayed weight to vary depending on how you grabbed the scale and how you placed the handle and the force required to lift the item. Usually the scale was close... that is to say that the reading was repeatable, it weighed close to the same each time it was weighed. But on several occasions I found a discrepancy that was enough to be troubling. One particular piece of luggage was weighed three times from different grab points and it weighed three different amounts. The maximum variation was a little more than a pound.... not much to be sure, but still enough to be worrisome if you are near the weight limit at the airline counter.!!In any event, I am not completely sold on the accuracy of this scale. I have another portable scale with which I am completely satisfied, and I will check and double check this one against it. So far it seems a little problematic.Three stars for a scale that seems a little fussy. It works. It hasn't failed. It does the job. But I generally require a little less margin of error on things like this. It may, however, be satisfactory for you. Until such time as I can demonstrate a better, more repeatable reading, three stars is as good as it gets.*Item furnished for review. This is it. My evaluation. My words. Enough said.
