I'm 6'0" and this ONLY fits the small of my back. It comes nowhere near to my upper/midback like the pics. It also doesn't really stretch or pop my back whatsoever. The pressure it exsert on my lower back feels alright though.

This really stretches out my back and it feels amazing! I was hoping if I put it to the highest arch it would crack my back but it doesn't. However, I highly recommend as it's good for a post workout

I have had lower back pain for a little over a year . I bought this hoping it would help. I use this every morning before work and it does help with the back pain. I still have some lower back pain but I also stand on my feet for 12 hours every day. The pain is nowhere near as bad as it was . Happy I took a chance on this
