Works great, easy to install
This LED light strip extension/connector kit worked very well for my little project. I only needed to cut a light strip and reconnect the ends about 12 inches apart. I like that no wire strippers were required to use this. I do recommend sharp sheers for cutting the wires (and the light strip if it has a rubberized coating). The individual wires of the cable were easy to separate by hand as needed to insert them into the connector. The connector's prongs had no difficulty lining up with and cutting into the 4 wires to make a solid connection with the copper encased in each wire as I pushed the end of the connector closed. My LED light strip has a clear silicone coating. The connector had a little difficulty puncturing the silicone and making a connection with the LED strip. After turning it on, after installing the connection, I found that it did not work. I press more firmly on the connector and I could see the LED strip turn on, but when I release pressure it turned off again. I kept at this for a little bit and had to use a lot of force but eventually it locked into place and works perfectly fine. I think it just had to continue cutting into the silicone. When installing, be careful to keep the same alignment between the wires and both ends of the LED strip. The main disappointment with this kit is that it only includes five connectors. Why not six? There's plenty of wire, but if I plan to use it all I will need two separately buy a kit of connectors.

Does what it says it does!
These work just as intended. I wanted to put some led strips under my cabinets, but didn’t want the lights on the bottom of the microwave, so I used these to bridge the gap. The white camouflages the cable well against my white cabinets. I then split the lights again and used this cable to extend them under the bar. The tool that comes in the package makes it easy to separate the ends of the 4 wires to fit into the connector clip. I just wish it came with more connector clips, with the 5 that come with this you can only make two bridges since you need one on each end of the wire. These come with no adhesive, but some strong double sided adhesives from the store is an easy solution.

Simple wire connections and it works great if you install it carefully
I really liked how the wires did not need to be stripped. Make sure you puncture the LED strip from the top to ensure a good connection. If your connected LED strip doesn't turn on at first, make sure the wire is not just flipped backwards. The white wires were what I needed to look nice, but I wish there was no black writing on them. I wish the kit came with a way to stick the wire and the connectors to the wall. Overall good product and I couldn't find a better one on Amazon.

The connectors don't pierce the wires to make good connection
The connectors are useless, they don't make contact with the cable and from cutting so many cables while looking for a good connection, they damaged the LED lights and I ended up losing everything.

Perfect with Wyze light strips
Extremely easy to use. Lined up perfect with the Wyze rgb led strips (non pro, not sure about pro). Connections work as expected. Note that the wires on the wire side need to be pulled apart in order to slide into holes. Highly recommend pulling them a little further than you need so you have some flexibility. If not, one wire will come out when you try to put in the next. I needed ONE more clip to finish my job but that was just bad planning on my part. You can order extra clips from the seller if you click on the seller link. Extremely happy to find this as their were no similar kits locally.

Works as expected - Worth the price
Like other reviews, given the length of wire provided, it would be nice to have at least 2 more connectors. I used this wire with 4-pin Govee strip lights. In order to ensure connection, I bent both ends of the connector pins slightly towards the inside of the connector. It did not look like the pins were perfectly aligned with the 2 outside strip light copper connections. After successful connection, I used a small set of needle nose pliers to close the connectors tightly to the wire and strip lights.

Barely any copper inside wires
Terrible at first, I thought it was the connectors. It’s not the connectors. It’s the wire there’s barely a threat of copper in each one and for the connectors to try to catch that signal is nearly impossible. Save your money spend more money and get something better more copper in the middle of the wires I was not easy in anyway to install this very complicated once I found out it was because of the thin copper inside

This is a great kit. The wire is great quality and good size for connecting LED strips. I don’t know why other reviewers were unhappy, but personally I see no problem in this product. Also, the connectors are very helpful and easy to use. I wish there were more of them in the package ( I received 5). Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase.

Based on the reviews I was a little worried. But they work great and I’m happy with them. I purchased the 5 pin connectors and extension to modify the indoor/outdoor silicone light strip purchased from Costco. They work as intended, even responding to fade/blinking the same colours. They respond well to the remote that came with the light strips. Some things to note: 1. The connectors were clamped closed when I got them. Probably due to shipping. I simply used a flat screwdriver to open them back up. 2. Keeping positive to positive is important, if you accidentally flip the extension cord your light strip won’t. Simply remove the 5 pin connector, flip the extension cord wire back around and install. 3. Although you do not need to according to the instructions - I removed the sticky double sided tape just enough from the back of the strip light to expose copper connection nodes. Likewise, I also removed the silicone from the top of the strip lights so that there was no connection issues at all. About 3-5mm on each side. The first connector (I used 4 in total for this project) I didn’t remove the silicone or tape and it still worked. I just thought it felt very bulky and I wanted to ensure a great connection.

Did not fit on light strip properly and did not peirce strip as it should. End up throwing it out

The wire is great if you want to extend your LEDs strips. Bought these for the connectors because I hate soldering but looks like I'm going to have to. First, my strips didn't fit, which is probably my own fault for not checking, so I had to cut them. No big deal. But the wire it comes with seems to be too small for the holes in the connector, so it was quite precarious and easily pulled out. After messing around and shorting out one of my strips, I decided to give up using these connectors. Wire is definitely not too bad though.
