Optimum Optical Magnifier Necklace, Flowers, One Size

I need reading glasses but hate wearing them and don't want to go to bi-focals just yet. These are the perfect solution. They do not stay on you definitely have to hold them up to your eye, like a monocle , but I can read the labels at the grocery now when I forget to carry glasses. The only negative is that the latch is magnetic and comes apart easily. I have already lost one pair that slipped off my neck without me even knowing it so you need to change the clasp or just tie it securely so it won't fall off. Even putting a seat belt on causes mine to come undone and slip off. Other than that I love them and will wear them every where I go Such cute patterns too.

I had seen similar in a shop and regretted not buying them so when I saw these I was elated. I am a trainer/facilitator so I thought they would be good when I am in session and just need a quick sneak peek at my notes. The problem is that these are very tiny. They are not a full size without the arms. So, when I hold them over my eyes, they go from the center of one eye to the center of the other as opposed to the outer edges. I generally wear youth sized glasses, so my face is narrow, not wide. It makes them look as though they are for children, or costume as well. I gave them a 3 because the lenses are clear, but I wish they were full sized.

DO NOT use the necklace that comes with it. Has magnetic clasp that does NOT stay secure. Also, product needs a "finger hold" otherwise you have to hold on the glasses.

Great sitting by my sewing machine when I need extra help threading a needle.

I love these handy little glasses Especially when in the grocery store looking for 'Sell By' dates or 'Use By' dates. Yes, the magnet clasp isn't strong enough to keep the clasp closed due to a minor tug. To fix it, I took some thread to loop through the ends and tied. You'll know what I mean if you get these home. Some believe they're cheap (?) but what kind of quality do you expect for the price? I always have these on hand and when they start to get scratched up, I buy more. Bottom line, they work! I wear mine every day, can't be without them. At any rate, came back to stock up on some more, saw the reviews, and decided to write one of my own. I get questions all the time about mine....even from men! Ignore the negatives, get a pair, you'll be coming back for more. Don't forget to loop some thread to strengthen the clasp!
