Well I was all excited to use these when I got them but when I got it . It Flopped (nothing it wont recognize with 3 different HDMI cables or 3 different USB 3.0 ports Ports. I also bought 2 USB 3.0 HDMI Display Adapters from Dolida but no Drivers came with it and no paper with a email to get a driver so returning item as defective, I really would like to get them working because I need them to work for my job but I have no where to turn unless someone sees this review and sends me the driver I have to say Im very disappointed. I was looking forward to these working. If anyone has the driver please reach out. Thanks. ====Update==== After getting a magnifying glass I was able to read the instructions that came with the adapter and found the driver. Document was in such small print could not make it out. But I will try it and update my review later. Update with new driver all is good working fine I'm glad it works now I don't have to get a refund. Great price for nice device that works on windows 10.

***UPDATE*** After writing my initial review the company contacted me within 24 hours with an offer to refund or replace the item at their cost. They also admitted it was a quality control issue that should have not have made it past inspection. I decided to update my review from 1 Star to 4 Stars due to their professionalism when handling the issue.The product did not work at all. It kept failing when attempting to load the drivers.

I bought this because the HDMI on my laptop is broken. The device did not work as expected but come to find out, this device does not work with NVIDIA graphics cards on Windows 10. The seller was very easy to work and return went smoothly. I'm not sure how this product will work on non-NVIDIA computers (didn't want to unistall NVIDIA drivers), so i cant say much about the functionality of the device.

I decided to test out this product cause my laptop has the crappiest micro hdmi port- I've been through 3 cables and nothing ever seemed to work. Then, I found out about adapters that can turn usb ports into hdmi ports. I bought this one cause I really didn't want to spend $50-$80 like the others and so far, so good. I downloaded the driver in like 2 minutes and everything is working great. The audio and visual output seem the same as a regular hdmi to hdmi cable. Satisfied!Edit: 3 years later and still works!

I would not purchase this item if you are interested in more than 800x600 resolution. Even when plugged into my USB 3.0 on my computer I could only get 800x600 resolution. I also had to go to the manufacturer website in order to get the driver for this device. The second star is for the fact that as a Prime member I was able to easily return it, no harm, no foul.

It didn't work. Poor instructions and no way to contact Dolida for support (unless it is written in Chinese somewhere in the micro instruction sheet. I noticed FL2000 in the downloaded software list created from connecting the dongle to my computer. I tracked it down to Fresno Logic. After submitting a help ticket, a tech emailed me things to try to check the dongle. It turned out that the dongle was defective and had to be return for refund. Connecting the dongle also rearranged all the icons on my desktop and probably did other things to my computer which I haven't found yet. I would stay away from this product.

Product didn't work, I tried several times and nothing. However the vendor refunded me my money immediately and was very responsive. That is why I gave it three starts.

I Purchased 2 of these adapters, and neither one works.I cannot find any drivers for them and so cannot get my computer to display to them.it is recognizing them as WebCams.I have tried 3 different links to download drivers and none work. I will be contacting the seller and returning this product.Dont waste your time.
