I had purchased this as a gift to my wife about 3 months ago. It suddenly stopped working. Since it was over 90 days, I was afraid I would lose all my money. But I contacted the manufacture and to my utter surprise and happiness, they not only responded very promptly and kindly but they issue me a brand new hair dryer free of charge. This is outstanding service, far above what is normal. Truly awesome experience. Will definitely buy from them. A very happy customer.

I purchased this blow dryer in early June, 2022. Initially, I was delighted with it. Compact, lightweight and powerful. However, in the last week it has started to malfunction. As I’m blow drying my hair, it stops. I wait a few minutes, start it again, and it’s hit or miss whether or not it continues to produce hot hair or any air at all.Troubleshooting suggests if this happens, turn it off and wait 15 minutes. Well, often times, I don’t have 15 minutes to wait for a product to start doing what it should be doing without a problem.It’s past the 30 days for replacing. But, after less than 2 months of use and at a higher price, I shouldn’t have to be thinking about that.Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. This is nice and light but very powerful. I don’t normally spend this much on a hairdryer, but I really like it!I have carpal tunnel and early arthritis, so I have to be careful with the kinds of hair tools I use. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this hair dryer. I threw my last one out because my house flooded, which made purchasing a new one pretty useful because I was very specific with what I wanted. his is, however, a great dryer with excellent power, good attachments.

This is a powerful, lightweight dryer. LOVE the size and weight. I have a bad shoulder and therefore can only use one arm to do my hair. This dryer doesn’t exhaust my arm when I use it. Only down side is my hair is long and gets very tangled due to the force of the dryer. Doesn’t seem as hot as it is powerful, but I believe it’s worth the money.

So lightweight!TWO great features of this dryer. The other is its reasonable fan.I recently had abdominal surgery- couldnt lift standard hairdryer overhead. This is perfect. It is lightweight and also doesnt blow your hair so hard it goes into knots! I have long hair and all of the NEw dryers are super powerful fans which knot my hair if I try to finger dry. I don't have the patience for full 'blow out' with a brush most days. This has an adjustable fan and heat and is PERFECT!

Was good until it stopped blowing hot air after 1 year and 3 months. Cool air still works but it was always glitchy since day one. If you put it on the highest (third level) it would short out so I always used level one or two since I rarely use level three. I noticed it would sometimes short out when it was on the dual cool and warm speed but then it would come back. I should’ve returned it but I love it’s light weight. It doesn’t make my wrist sore. Anyway disappointed that it is useless now for how expensive it was.

bought this in june and it worked great...light, quiet....then in nov it would go from hot to cold without me touching buttons, then would shut off and i would have to wiggle cord. something is wrong or loose with wiring is my guess. I really liked it at beginning and would have given it a 5star at first, but the fact that it changes settings or stops running is really irritating, it's not like it was a $15 hair dryer

This hairdryer broke after about 10 uses. It will not heat up at all anymore. I originally bought this and was sent a USED hairdryer. It was disgusting, but thankfully, they replaced it for me without issue. Now the new hair dryer will not heat at all and the return window has closed... I wish I would have believed the other reviews but I liked the look of it so I took a chance.It is really sleek and lightweight but what good is any of that if it cannot perform its primary function? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Best of luck to those that bought this and haven't had it break on them yet.
