I'm a colon hydrotherapy practitioner and I purchased this for my clients to use under their legs during sessions. It's firm enough yet very soft and provides good support under their knees. I'd say it would be much too large to use for your neck, but for what I'm using it for its perfect.

I bought this pillow for my knees. I sleep with it under knees to relieve pressure from my low back. I like this pillow’s firmness and size! The fabric is light to the touch and I am comfortable sleeping with it. I also like it as a neck pillow when sleeping on my side. It supports my neck really well.

I wanted a pillow for under my knees as I sleep to help with back and leg pain. I had been using a regular pillow and thought a round one, like they use at massages, would be good. The roundness is just right. The length could be a bit longer but fits adequately under me. It comes with a case that is really well made. But what I don't think I like it that it is very dense and kinda heavy. At night when I'm half awake and need to move it, its not very manageable because its heavy and unwieldy. Maybe a younger person or a male might not find that an issue. And it definitely works to keep my knees elevated and it relieves pressure on my back. I think I should have found something lighter though.

Stiff and great quality

I have bad sciatica and many of the exercises needed for relief call for a roll pillow. I am a big guy 6' 235lb. I needed an extra firm roll pillow for under the waist and under the legs exercises. This pillow is perfect for that.The good: Very firm and hard to flatten, keeps its shape. Great price for very good quality!The Bad: If you are a petite petunia this pillow will be way over kill for you. It is dense and heavy which are big man features but not for everyone. It has a 8" diameter which is nice for the large among us but too large for the smaller person. This is not a between the legs sleeping pillow. Get a half moon pillow instead if that is what you are looking for.The ugly: Nothing!Summary: This pillow is perfect for the application for which I needed it. If it is possible that I can wear this pillow out then I will get another one.

Great size, shape, and consistency. High quality fabric cover and sewing. It did not by itself fully recover its cylindrical shape when removed from its compression bag, but it did so after a few minutes of slapping and fluffing.

After researching and reading SO many reviews, I'm happy to say I feel I got the best one. Dense but not too heavy and easy to move around when I switch positions. Offers fantastic support. My lower back is no longer bothering me. Highly recommend!

This is a little too high/ firm for me. Also, it had an odor and it took a long time (well over a month) for that to go away completely before I felt comfortable using it.
