I have specifically purchased this for my iPad mini, fits perfectly!

No, it does not have the auto wake/sleep magnetic feature. It is really a nice tablet sleeve with soft interior. Very thin compare to the book type tablet cases.

I have not checked that one out, but it looks like that is for the old iPads, and not the Air series? I am unsure.
