Easily the most comfortable camping pillow I have ever used - the padding in the cover combined with the inflation bladder makes this a really comfortable sleeping experience for a side/stomach sleeper. I appreciate that it is a more fabric finish (similar to cotton) so it is not going to shoot out from underneath your head at high speed - it'll just slowly do it over the course of the night unless you strap it down, but that goes for any of these pillows. Good product, seems well made and packs down nicely - very lightweight and compact. Highly recommend this - and this is from someone who has had horrible experiences with inflatable pillows and has avoided them up until feather pillows weren't offering enough support for their size.

Very comfy and when the air is taken out it can roll up and not take up much space for travel.

The most important thing in a backpacking pillow is weight and size. This is pretty good at both, while still being a good size to sleep on. Fairly comfortable, as much as an air pillow can be. It's improved by the soft cover. Mine did leak after about two years and 2 dozen uses, but the warranty replacement process was quick and easy.

This pillow really lives up to the positive reviews. So far it has held its air for weeks and I was comfortable sleeping on my side and on my back with it. I love how tiny it rolls up into the little cinch carry bag it comes with. Perfect for popping in a backpack or suitcase! It weighs next to nothing! It is so helpful to control the firmness and comfort by how much air you blow into it. I am thrilled to own such a travel friendly and comfortable pillow I can take anywhere with me!

I got this for a long trip to use in the plane, in the hotel, and on the cruise ship. It is easy to inflate and deflate, and packs easily in its included bag. Seems to be durable and you can vary to amount of air to adjust the support that you want. I now keep it in my carry on bag to take with me and use in the hotels since their pillows keep getting smaller and less supportive. Has held up well. Seems like you could use it for lumbar support, but I have not tried it for that purpose.

Best travel purchase ever! It's quiet, easy to use, deflates into a surprisingly small tote. This pillow saved my head/neck/shoulder when we slept on rock ledges, planks or bamboo. It was even a comfy bum pillow when less inflated. Listen, we were roughing it and this pillow was the comfiest item I had. I am supremely happy it lives to camp another night!

It's easy to inflate. I love the lock at the top. You can decide how inflated you want it to be, just be careful not to open the lock fully. The velvet cover is reasonably comfortable, definitely better than those cheap inflatable plastic cover. It fills up to a full size pillow. I can let the air out slowly to deflate to my comfort level. It is on the expensive side though.
