Lovely comfy office chairs
Good chairs the massage system is noisy but they are comfy and easy clean.

So surprised by the quality and features!!
It was super easy to put together, didn’t even take my boyfriend an hour. I also loved the amount of colour options, the sales make them super affordable considering the massage function, reclinability, sturdiness, adjustability, the material also feels amazing and it has a foot rest (which as a hyper mobile girly, is a must!) All in all, very impressed and happy with my purchase :)

The picture gives a false impression (imho)
When I saw the item and the description 'Comfy Office Chair Executive' my first thoughts were 'this is the chair for me' On receiving the item and putting it together I'm afraid the description and the accompanying picture does not reflect my initial hope. It isn't 'executive' by any standard, Lord Sugar wouldn't be having one of these in the office! It is NOWHERE near as comfortable as the picture makes out...the seat doesn't have the level of support I would have expected by the description. The 'massage' function is dire...a poor example of anything of that ilk. I'm disappointed if I am honest. For the price my expectations were nowhere near met and I could have bought locally, for a lesser price a chair which more met my expectations but this was advertised in such a way as 'the one for me' For now it will suffice but I WILL be letting it go as soon as I have found the chair that meets my needs.

Disappointing comfort and use
I purchased this chair as I am only 5ft 1inc and it read as if it would be suitable. From a size perspective it is but the seat slopes forward when the back is upright which meant I kept slipping off. The footrest keeps sliding out when not in use and banging against my legs. The footrest feels very flimsy, I was cautious about putting my weight on it and I’m not particularly heavy! The massage feature is just not worth putting on, it feels like a mobile phone! I didn’t buy it for the massage though! The seat is not well padded, certainly too hard for working from home. I have returned it as I don’t feel it is fit for purpose as advertised

Difficulty with locating screw fixing points. Hardly feel any of the massage selections. Padding not the greatest.
