Are they Waterproof? Do they keep hands dry while working with wet items?

Is there reason these would arrive soaking wet inside the package. Packaging was dry but when i opened them the gloves were soaking wet?

Are these gloves real warm and good for keeping out the cold?

are they easy to manuver gate latches,fine work or keep taking them off?
