I cast resin for dioramas and to paint/airbrush the castings, so I prefer nature objects, specifically animals. I've got two (land dwelling) turtle molds that I use a lot, so when I came across these here on Amazon, I had to have them.I'm glad these came in a pack of six! I've lightly torn two of these molds from constant use. Both molds tore at the turtle's head, but despite the fracture, I can still use the torn molds and so long as I don't disturb the molds after I've cast resin into them, the castings still turn out looking great with no flaws.If I tear another one, I'll just have to resort to using demolding lubricant on them to save the remaining three molds from suffering the same fate.Overall, I'm pleased with these molds and would replace them if I lost them.

The mold was easy to use.

I really like this mold - the turtles are perfect size for cute earrings! The main reason I'm leaving a review, though, is to let fellow resin-crafters know that this is not a "shiny" mold - the resulting turtles have a matte finish. I look for this information when I buy molds, so thought I would pass it along :)

Very easy to use loved it.

Out of the 6 molds that I received, only 2 of them are level - the others need to have popsicle sticks under one side to hold the resin in evenly. Other than that, they are fun and easy to use!
