Yes, this case is only compatible with iPhone 13 Pro. It is not compatible with any other models.

How well does it protect the camera lenses? Is there an extra piece for it?

The cut out for the cameras and light sensors leaves them open and exposed, which is needed for better quality pictures and video. However, the border of the cut out has a rubber bump out to protect the cameras when the phone is laying down. In my opinion it works better than no case at all, where the phone actually sits on the camera lenses!
