It smells like stinky ice so I don’t put it in the freezer, plus it’s way too cold to put on my head but it seems to help

The coolness feels good but these gel packs are like rocks when put in freezer. Last thing I need on my head are rocks when I have a bad headache. Also fits extremely snug with thin material. Not comfy to me and not recommended.

I suffer from ocular migraines. This wrap is great! I do have a fat head so I have to be careful, but the light pressure is relief as well. Also, do not freeze. It is Not Comfy!!

My mom got one and I use it and it was the most amazing thing it literally takes my migraines and lowers the sensitivity within 5 to 10 minutes after putting it on had to get my own I definitely recommend it for anyone out there who gets constant headaches or migraines and is tired of taking medicine all the time

You get what you pay for. I have one rather expensive ice pack cap. It is soft even when cold and very comfortable- I can sleep in it. I bought this less expensive cap as a back up for when my primary cap was no longer cold, but I still had a headache. This cap is too tight and the ice freezes into rock hard rounded clumps. Like sleeping on a bunch of rocks. Very uncomfortable

Yes, the individual gel packs freeze to solid blocks BUT it stays cold for an hour. Other ice wraps stay cold MAYBE ten minutes. This one stays cold long enough to actually get rid of my migraines.

I like the idea of this product. My daughter and myself get severe headaches, but it was way too tight for me and I don't have a whole lot of hair, she has a ton of it so I know she would not be able to wear it. So I am returning it for something that's not quite so tight hopefully. Also the whole crown of your head is exposed, because this is like a tube and not like a hat. And sometimes the crown needs some ice as well.

I would say I have an average size adult female head and this I would consider tight fitting, & it hasn’t stretched out in any way bcuz of its seaming. So if you have a large head this may be too tight.That said for me, having it that tight helps keep the ice packs all right against my head even as they thaw. I really like that it has separate ice packs that sit all around my head including forehead & back, they all stay in place in their seamed off areas. If you have problems with headaches/migraines and are looking for an ice pack to wear this is a good option.

Disappointed that you cannot put this in the freezer, it becomes to hard to wear on your head. Placing it in the fridge doesn’t keep it cold long enough. It took forever to get her, I waited close to a month for this and it only does half the job it’s supposed to!
