The best quality fish oil supplement and a good price so you can't ask for more.Pros:1. Helps get your Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratios on a better track. I take 3 a day, and my ratios are close to 1:12. Inflammation is almost not even there according, to blood work I've had done recently.3. Soft gel is easy to swallow.Cons:NoneAdvice:I store my fish oil in the fridge because it is a fat and it can oxidize. I highly suggest placing it in your fridge for maximum effectiveness.
