This item is awesome for recovering from injuries.

I initially considered returning this item just five minutes after unboxing it due to the perceived complexity of its interface. However, after dedicating an additional hour to exploring its features, I found myself thoroughly impressed and discovered its comprehensive capabilities, including a heating function. I highly recommend carefully reviewing the manual and watching some instructional videos on YouTube before use; I am confident that you will come to appreciate this technology. My only concern is that the wire has four unremovable pads, which may not be practical if one only wishes to use two. I am uncertain if the manufacturers offer replacements with only two pads.

ordered it last night and received it before lunchtime. fast delivery but surprisingly like it comes from the oven it was hot and I ordered creams together with this product, anyways. I have tried different machines like this before, powerdot is still my fave but the price is too much. pros: - the heating future of this machine is what I love the most. It's not hot that will burn you but decent amount of heat - powerful - simple to use, 3 modes on the menu panel and the heating function has a separate button - gel pads replacement are not that expensive ( compatible ones) I think this will wear off easily cons - the pads - unlike other pad attachments, this one uses gel pads maybe because of the heat function, I hope this attachment device will not tear/wear off anytime soon replacement is quite expensive - no hard case - expensive overall - decent device if you think you need the heat function it's definitely worth it, I bought this for that special reason and I am pleased with the low/hi setting not weak and not too much. if you are looking for TENS/EMS function only, I think other brands can deliver as much as the same with a little hole in your pocket.

This is such an amazing product I just received it yesterday. I’ve done one session only over night woke up in the morning and my back already feeling amazing the next morning. I’ve been having a major back injury for the last 3 years because I’m a professional athlete and this product did wonders from one session. I will continue the session and see how my back recover with it. I give it 9 /10 so far I’m so amazed. No more pain killers now time to recover for good after suffering for 3 years

I bought this item at the end of July, it worked perfectly and it helped, then a month this product has stoped to work. Honestly I got shocked, because i thought I was buying one of the best in this domain. I don't know what to do now, it supposed it has 5 years warranty.

Ich habe mir das Gerät bestellt, da ich eine näheren Wurzelentzündung am Rücken hatte. Das TENS Gerät kam in 24 Stunden, in der Originalverpackung, welche nochmals in einem Karton gut gepolstert verpackt war. Die Wertigkeit des Gerätes ist sehr hoch, es verfügt über mehrere Modi, wie TENS, Massage, Fatburner. In den einzelnen Modi, befinden sich diverse Untermenüs, der Elektrostimulation. Zusätzlich befinden sich noch vier Patches, zum aufkleben auf die Haut, sowie vier AA Batterien. in der Werkseinstellung, ist die Therapie mit 20 Minuten angesetzt, welche allerdings erhöht oder reduziert werden kann. Das Gerät ist sehr empfehlenswert und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zu toppen.

J'ai acheté cet appareil Beurer Medical EM49 car je souffre d'arthrose très sévère aux deux épaules, ainsi que d'une capsulite (inflammation) chronique à l'épaule gauche. À certains moments, la douleur est insupportable. Lors de la première utilisation, la sensation des impulsions électriques m'a un peu surprise. Cependant, dès la seconde utilisation, mon corps s'y était déjà habitué. La prise en main de l'appareil est relativement facile, à condition de prendre la peine de lire consciencieusement au préalable le manuel d'utilisation (étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un APPAREIL MÉDICAL, il est particulièrement important de le faire !). Ce manuel est écrit en 8 langues (rien que ça...!) : français, anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien, russe, polonais et turc. Cet électrostimulateur numérique propose 3 modes différents : 1/ TENS (soulagement de la douleur) 2/ Massage et relaxation 3/ EMS (régénération musculaire et "entraînement" automatique) Personnellement, j'utilise uniquement les 2 premiers modes susmentionnés et je n'ai pas encore testé le mode EMS. Pour chacun de ces 3 modes, les programmes pré-installés sont multiples et adaptés à tous les maux et endroits du corps possibles et imaginables. Dans le manuel, ces programmes sont très clairement résumés en un tableau récapitulatif, qui est illustré par des photos montrant les endroits où placer les électrodes pour chacun des programmes. Les réglages d'intensité sont très étendus et permettent de répondre aux mieux au niveau qui est le plus confortable pour le/la patient/e. Je suis très satisfaite de l'efficacité de cet appareil. À noter que j'applique au préalable un gel spécialement conçu, aux endroits où je place les électrodes et j'ai remarqué un effet encore plus efficace. De plus, l'utilisation de ce type de gel permet de prolonger la durée de vie des électrodes. J'ai également acheté des électrodes dont les dimensions sont spécialement conçues pour les épaules. Je fais chaque soir (en regardant la télé sur mon canapé 😉) une séance pour chaque épaule, en utilisant le mode TENS et/ou Massage relaxant, le programme et l'intensité qui me conviennent à ce moment-là. La douleur disparaît ensuite au minimum pendant 5 à 6 heures, voire pendant toute la nuit (ce qui améliore la qualité de mon sommeil). Enfin, la qualité et l'efficacité de l'ingénierie allemande propres à la marque Beurer sont au rendez-vous. Bref, je recommande vivement !

éste electroestimulador cambió mi vida, te lo recomiendo ampliamente, porque a mí me hace evitar las pastillas para reducir el dolor, este dispositivo no te va a curar, pero va a ayudarte a relajar los músculos y bajar considerablemente el dolor. Es fácil de usar y desde la primera vez que lo utilizas entenderás su programación. Yo lo uso casi todos los días y te recomiendo que lo uses con pilas alcalinas, ya que a mí me duran más que las recargables. Te lo recomiendo muchísimo, si quieres reducir el dolor por lumbalgia, como es mi caso. 1000 puntos para este electroestimulador
