Perfect TENS / EMS / Massage device.

Perfect device. Come with 2 channels, 2 cable sets and 4 gel pads. Pulses can be very strong - adjust carefully. For pads replacement, be sure that connectors are 3.5mm button style. I ordered wrong pads which come with 2.5mm buttons. The cables are tiny, for sure will break soon. Unfortunately, hard to find replacements. But device is very good (read the included manual!).

Need more sticky electrodes

Works very well. Helped with pain a lot, I reduced my painkillers (medicine) due to this. TENS function is effective from first time. Bless those who made this device. Comes with 4 patches. Negative: We need to keep buying additional sticky patches that are compatible.

very good Electrostimulator.. I have the Beurer em59, it is good but it is more difficult to get replacement electrodes, while the Beurer em49 is much better since replacement electrodes are very easy and economical, I recommend the Beurer em49 better 👌
