Is it sharp or sharpenable?

I, personally, would not sharpen this. It doesn't have sharp edges (they are blunt) but the tip is super sharp. When mine came the tip protector was really busted up though.

Does it come with a wall mount for display?

It doesn't come with a wall mount. I don't know why the one other reviewer lied.

Does it come with a sheath?

It doesn't come with a sheath, just a tiny, triangular plastic cover for the tip. The one that came with mine was broken by the blade already when it arrived and can't be used anymore.

Best quality sword for the cost

I've collected about 100 swords and although I'm no expert, every sword I've purchased under $600 is made in India and China just like the Kit Rae swords from United Cutlery. This sword is one of only two I have at this price point with this level of quality. It's heavier than other swords I have this length, the etching is legit and not a cheap stamp, it is tight and solid and does not rattle or wobble, so all in all, this is the best value I've seen under $200 in a long time.
