Echinacea Supplement
This is a great supplemental that my husband and I take daily. The thing I like about this brand is that it is 500 mg with only one tablet a day. We take several supplements every day and only get sick once in a great, great while.

All root on mine
I don't know what Boutique had, but mine is all 500mg of root, the root being ten times more potent than the aerial parts. At this price it is a good deal and a trusted brand. I would buy again.

ONLY 100mg of REAL ROOT Echinacea
I bought this item after doing research on the differences of Echinacea, and believed with an item that states on the FRONT LABEL "500mg" that it IS in fact the ROOT of Echinacea that was being sold. In FACT, you are only getting a puny 100mg of the nourishing root extract, which is the actual viable and medicinal part of the plant. They DO in their favor post a photo of the label showing the amounts of each KIND of Echinacea in each pill [...] but really, who thinks you have to look at the content label to make sure that when they promote "500mg ECHINACEA ROOT", it's actually what that front label says? Very sneaky. I will not be ordering again. Here is my reasoning from some online research: Q: Echinacea Aerial Parts or Whole Plant & Root? Hello, I have two bottles of Echinacea: 1. Aerial Parts @ 400mg -and- 2. Whole Plant & Food at 125 mg Question: 1. What is the difference between Aerial Parts vs Whole Plant Root? 2. Which one is BETTER or MOST FAVORABLE for boosting a healthy immune system? A: Until just recently (maybe 10 years ago) no one ever used the aerial parts of Echinacea for anything except a pretty cut flower. The root is the medicinal part and the root should be dug in the fall after the flower has died and there's nothing left except the dry seed head by which to locate the plant. Unethical harvesters have sold everything from Rattlesnake Master to Echinacea Paradoxa to Echinacea Pallida, dug in early spring bloom, to unethical buyers. Unethical manufacturers (IMO) have promoted the aerial parts of Echinacea as being equal in importance to the root. I have had to use aerial parts extract when in a bind, stuck in a hotel with no transportation and I found it to be totally worthless to fight off a cold. I use Echinacea purpurea or angustifolia ROOT extract (usually make it myself) and purchase from Frontier Herbs, a company I trust. Or take powdered extract in capsules that is standardized for echinacosides.
