Phone sold as "New" but is a used phone
Phone was sold as a "New" phone but it is a used phone. Upon first boot, the screen showed the logo for some Eagle Credit Union. After rebooting, our system set the logo as the ShorTel logo. So phone is definitely not a new phone. But it is in pretty good condition for a used phone. Not very many scratches on it.

Awesome desk phone!
This phone is awesome! Having all the "Communicator" features on-screen is a major productivity gain. It looks great, too.

Phones are installed and working great. The phones look like new and the price was very affordable. I will be changing many of my older phones with more IP 655s from this company in the future.
