Great flavor but delivery method sucks
This is the best harissa hot sauce I've found so far... most I've tried are not spicy at all, or taste like they're just a regular vinegar-based hot sauce that's been rebranded. This has some real spice to it... nothing crazy, but it's enough to warm up a gyro with a teaspoon or so. If you're like me and were looking for something like the NYC Halal Guys hot sauce, this is not nearly as spicy, but really similar flavor profile. I keep it stocked in the house always for mediterranean/Middle-Eastern/North African food. Only complaint is the metal tube (like toothpaste) kind of sucks for delivery. I've had 2 tubes burst while trying to squeeze them.

Good, but not my favorite
It's the cheapest though. It's spicy and has cumin and coriander, so it has the right flavor (unlike the harissa that is just hot and salty.) It's more the consistency of ketchup or sriracha and I prefer something thicker that can also be used as a dip, not just squirted in food. The brands that are almost salsa-consistency, like Auzoud, are my favorite. But this kind does the trick for much less.

New, and awesome.
A friend mentioned this which was brand new to us, this paste is excellent in chili, pizza sauce and stir fry if you want to heat it up a bit. Use sparingly to start and try to find the right amount of punch for you.

Good Stuff. Smart Packaging.
In truth, this is the only Harissa paste I've ever bought and used. I do, however, know a thing or two about dried chiles, garlic and spices, and this tastes very good. I'd give it a 7 on the hot scale of 1 -10. I used this in Lablabi, a North African chickpea and harissa soup. But other versions of harissa aside, what I like most about these 120 gr. tubes of harissa paste is that there's a good chance it won't go bad on you. Doesn't matter what you do with an open jar of any kind of paste, salsa or sauce - after 3 weeks to a month, even in a 35ยฐ refrigerator, the product will not be good to eat. As long as these tubes remain sealed (unopened) they will last a long time, refrigerated or not. 120 grams is not a whole lot of harissa paste, so you'll use it all up when it's fresh and unspoiled, and your other tubes remain sealed and fresh.
