This has become my go to loupe and I have several other decent ones. Great power and strong illumination make it very useful. Only negatives are the light button can easily get knocked on in the case and the batteries are a little tedious to replace. Still a winner though. Would gladly recommend it.

I liked that the loupe has a big field of view and a built in combo of lights.Another plus is replaceable batteries. On the down side is that if you don't pay attention to the settings and forget to turn off the ultraviolet light the batteries will be depleted quickly and they will require replacement. Still, it is a good product at a decent price.

The media could not be loaded. This is really a nice little magnifier and I am glad I ordered it. It seems well built and comes in a decent protective pouch with a good snap which is good enough that I am keeping the magnifier in it. The loupe itself unscrews to extend the focal length and become useable. There is a light that is quite bright, almost too bright and also a ultraviolet light for added utility. There is also a scale of measurement printed on the inside of a removable ring that fits on the bottom and allows indexing of size and comparisons. I can’t confirm it’s degree of accuracy though. Overall quite a good little unit. There are some things to be aware of. First, as with all Chinese optics, the magnification is grossly overstated. This is a 5 power magnifier at best. A 30 power magnifier would not even be very useable. Second, the light is powered by 3 button batteries which I tried to show in one of my photos. I cannot figure out how to get to them for when they will need replaced. Nothing came with it explaining and nothing unscrews to allow access, at least not that I can find anyway. I mention this because without the powered light the viewing is a little dim. This can be improved slightly by removing the bottom measuring ring as well as using near a light, window or shining a flashlight onto the item in view. For the price though, this is definitely one to keep in your handy box and ought to serve well for many chores.

The magnifier part of the unit worked fine, however the led light stopped after a week. Replace the three pill batteries (pain in the xxxx) and the unit still didn't work?

Worked really well but then I had to replace the batteries cause they went dead really fast. You have to take the thing half apart to change the batteries and then try to get it back togethor and stay togethor. Went to change the batteries again. I just bought this in june and only used a couple times. The thing totally fell apart. Just a piece of crap. All plastic. Don't bother buying.

I really like this. It's a good magnifier. It's got a cool led light on it. It even has measurements inside for inches and cenemeters. It was affordable too. I would have liked it to be a little heavier, but I really shouldn't complain: its very functional.

Love the led light and focus ring, even has an available black / blue light. The markers under the viewing area give you measurements that are very easy to see if you are measuring small object.

Les performances sont médiocres et en tous cas en dessous de 30x. Si vous décider de changer les piles votre loupe se disloque. Ne pas acheter.

Cette loupe est de très bonne facture, les lampes permettent de bien voir les défauts sur des cartes de collection ou des timbres (notamment grâce à l’UV). Regardez les photos pour un petit exemple.Cette loupe est livrée avec une poche en similicuir et est peu encombrante ce qui la rend très pertinente. Le grossissement semble correct et la qualité de lentille aussi. L’ajout de la règle interne est aussi un atout.
