Easy to use
I have used a few different armbands the past 10-15 years or so - so I know what I like. And this is the best one for me. The armband is adjustable - so it is snug on my arm and does not slide around. It is easy to connect my iPhone with the rubber bands on all four corners and I can swivel the phone to any view that I need. Any of these bands that have plastic covers have two issues for me - 1) they are hard to use some of the touch features on the phone 2) here is Arizona - I have had times that my iPhone will shut down to heat issues. The ONLY small issue on my end is that at some point the rubber bands will break with heavy use, and you will need to replace it. But with the low price and the ease of use - it is still a 5 Start rating for me.

it broke first time using it
well i am very disappointed. I have not flown much at all lately because of the weather . I get a break in the rain and go out only to have the rubber break first time using this cell phone holder.. Very upset. Missed the window for returns by 2 days.. Real bummer..

I like it, but...
As I tend to wear this on my arm, not over clothing, I find the velcro irritating! The edges have a sharpness that I just can't seem to get adjusted. When I'm wearing over a sleeve, it is fine and when I wear on my bare arm, I place a small piece of material under it. The holder feels well made. The rubber is tight on my iPhone X, so I feel confident it won't go flying off. It can turn in a 360 direction. Easily pull it out to hold and talk. I like the ability to leave my hands free while I'm talking on my phone.

Love love love this for my smaller arms
I can't say enough about this arm band!Likes:1. I can get a snug fit around my smaller arms! Hallelujah!2. While it felt a little bouncy when I first tried my phone in it, once I removed the phone from the case, it fit close enough to my arm to feel secure and not bother me during my runs3. Not only can my phone rotate, but I can easily remove and put the phone section back on while running in case I need to change my playlist. Not having to remove first the armband and then the phone from the holder is a game changer.4. The price is greatDislikes:None

Not Designed For Runners (or other human beings)
This could have been really greatSo many good ideas ruined in productionI hope the people who designed this can hire someone to do the proper QA and get it made correctlyPros:The best I can say is that the finished product proves that it ain't the thought that countsCons:1) Wrist guard is made of thick, unforgiving plastic that digs into wrist & forearm as you move2) Underside of wrist guard (that sits against skin) is covered in hard plastic knobs. I imagine they were meant to help keep the guard from slipping when strapped against fabric but unless you run in long sleeves they just chafe the skin while doing nothing to hold the guard in place3) Soft side of Velcro faces away from skin, which of course means when you secure the guard the rough side (which is for some reason larger than the soft side) rubs against your skin. This overage can not be trimmed as the seams are right along the edge4) The only way this might stay comfortably in place is if you had perfectly cylindrical forearms so if you are 6 years old or suffering from anorexia nervosa go for it, otherwise expect this to bunch up and then slide around5) The rubber straps that secure the phone to the guard not only make facial recognition all but impossible they also keep you from being able to swipe up so don't expect to access your playlist once you start your running appBottom line: This thing is 100% useless (unless you run with someone you really don't like and give one to them : )
