Excellent book, I am learning a lot

Our grandsons both hold the county titles at their middle schools for shot put competition. They were absolutely thrilled for this Complete Book of Throws. It will hopefully enable them to perfect their competition throwing for both shot put and discus. Very, very pleased with book!

Awesome book. Really easy to read. Makes more sense if you have some experience with throwing or a coach looking for additional insights.

This book has a ton of information but could use a new edition. Once that includes new drawings or photos to better show the techniques. The tables listing exercises and workout routines could be updated too.

A good primer for those just starting the coach in the area. It is not complex, but does outline the basics.

Clear easy to follow guide.

This book was shipped in the time frame as it said at time of purchase. The book was in the condition as said in the ad. I am completely satisfied with this purchase..Thank you!

The book gives you a pretty good idea of the different throwing disciplines. I was particularly keen on reading about the weight program that you can do and that gave a very good idea on suggestions. When it comes to the technique for throwing I think you need to be quite good at it in order to understand the text
