The are soft, but on large side
These soft weighted balls are great for ball yoga and other light resistance work. Wish they were small enough to grip (I have 8lb that are) ... otherwise very happy with them.

Exactly as described, however, if you’re going to buy this, make sure you also buy a needle pump as when I got mine, it was pretty deflated. This tends to happen with these types of balls, other than that, it’s awesome.

Buen tamaño y peso suficiente
Me gusta que es de tamaño pequeño pero con el peso suficiente para hacer diversos ejercicios, se siente un poco pegajosa, pero limpiándola con un paño húmedo es suficiente

Good quality addition to home gym
It’s a great sand filled weight ball for the price. A little confused by the cancer risk warning although it is great for workouts.
