Perfect for small pets
At first I didn't it would work well but when I put my puppy in it it worked great. He couldn't knock it down or chew through it. So easy to put together anyone even a child can do it, also change the size to fit your needs any way you want. I had room to have a feeding area on one end. Perfect for small pets. And when I don't need it I can store it back in the box to use at a later time. Very durable.

Perfect as a small fence...
It is working perfect for what we wanted. I wanted a length of fencing to block off our living room from our new yorkiepoo puppy who seems to think any carpet is a potty pad. I did not make a cage out of it, I used it in a straight strip 8 in one strip and 4 in the other (our living room has two entries). The one using 8 is actually 7 long with the 8th going perpendicular to the 7th this helps hold it up. Likewise with the 4, 3 are straight with the 4th helping to hold up the 3. She just walks up to it and turns and walks away...If it would be summer and I wouldn't have to worry about water from rain and snow being dragged into the house I would pick up the throw rugs and she would be pretty much trained on potty pads and going outside. When summer does come I may use it as it was intended outside...we will see. Love it, definitely for small animals.

Not very high and doesn’t hold together without zipties!
These cage is not great. It doesn’t hold together very well, and my bunnies knock the black knobs off that hold it together. It it wasn’t for the zipties they would have tore every panel apart. They are also not very high so even a small bunny can hop out. Some of the pictures show panels stacked vertically but they do not hold together that way.

Not suitable for a rabbit cage.
Two of my rabbits hate cages. I bought 4 packages of these with plans of building a caged play area for them as a cage alternative. They love to jump, so I built a 4 by 3 rectangle stacked 2 units high (no top). One of the rabbits jumped out within 10 minutes of being put in (yes, my tiny bunnies can jump 28 inches...apparently...). We then used some of the extras I purchased to assemble a top to the play area; however, with the top on and no way to install a door, I cannot access the inside of the "cage" unless I pick up the whole thing (which is fairly easy to do since it isn't heavy, but will allow the rabbits to escape if I'm not careful). I'm giving this 3 stars since it was relatively easy to put together (took me a bit to figure out how to arrange the connector pieces to allow for a second tier--you just turn the connection pieces side-ways) and they rabbits haven't escaped since I put the top on. However, I will have to rig a door to make it functional for my rabbits.Summary: I don't recommend you purchase this for your buns if they are good jumpers.Update: We put the adult rabbits in a more suitable (but more expensive) rabbit hutch/cage Pawhut 64" Wooden Outdoor Rabbit Hutch with Run and Mesh Cover - Black/Brown/White and we are now using this product as an exercise pen for our baby bunny (since he can only jump about a foot). This allowed us to take the top off so we can easily access him/her. It was very easy to change from one configuration (with a top) to another (without a top). So far, our bun hasn't escaped. I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 because it was so easy to change and is working well as a play area for a rabbit that cannot yet jump high.Update 2: That didn't wind up lasting long. The bunny within a week was able to scale up the walls. When we attached a sheet to the top of it, he then rammed himself into the side of the cage until it collapsed at the connectors. We figured it was just a one time thing (after all, this bunny was tiny), but after it happened 3 more times in 24 hours, we gave up on this and replaced it with a more traditional hutch. That one quickly became too small, and we replaced it with a larger hutch TRIXIE Pet Products Rabbit Hutch with Attic (XL), 53 x 44 x 45.25 inches

If I could give zero stars I would
My son's chinchilla got his head stuck between the bars. My husband and I tried to get the poor thing free, but he was in a panic. He did finally manage to pull his head back out. We bought this pen thinking it would be a nice way for the chinchilla to get some exercise, and some stimulation as we set it up in the living room which is a high traffic area in our home. We weren't expecting him to practically snap his own neck! If this happened to our chinchilla, it could easily also happen to a guinea pig or small rabbit.

Very versatile, great idea!
I just received these and they were amazingly easy to install. As other reviews have said, I love that I can re-configure them as needed, they are very versatile. Seem to be good quality. We will see how they hold up over time. They work well for my dogs play area. Keep in mind the panels are sized for small animals, and you may have to double stack them so the walls are higher. My dog is 10 lbs and could easily jump over one tier of the cage panels. I may end up purchasing more in the future. My only wish is that it came with more than 12 panels.

Doesn't work for bunnies
I am not very happy with this product and I don't think I would buy it again. The positive of this pen is that is fairly easy to assemble it and you will be able to customize its size and format. This is a big plus for small spaces, which is my case. The negatives of this pen are: it is way too flimsy, short and cannot be stacked vertically. I have a holland lop rabbit and she would be able to push this pen around anytime. Also, it is too short for a rabbit, they can jump it easily; I bought two sets of this pen (24 panels) planning on stacking them so it would be tall enough for stopping my rabbit to jump, but my plan did not work because THE PANELS CANNOT BE STACKED IN A VERTICAL MANNER. This was a huge downside for me, I had to buy a new, stronger, taller pen to set up on the outside of this one so my rabbit does not move it around or jump, that is what you see in white on the pictures on the outside of this black pen. I would only recommend this pen if you have a very small pet (not too small though, like a rat, because the squares on the panels are 2''x 2'') , or if your pet is chill enough to not try and escape this pen at all. I hope this helps!
