We have an upcoming event for our business and needed somewhere to place our order tickets. I thought it was going to be a bit top heavy but it's actually perfect and seems sturdy.

Works great once we un-bended the base because it was all messed up

i'm very impressed with the quality of this item, especially so because i was a bit worried that it might be on the cheap side given it was one of the lower priced order wheels available on amazon... but the thing is built like a tank, and appears that it will last for a very long time. btw i have never heard of "new star" before i purchased this item, but i will certainly take a closer look at their other offering from here on out.

We love our new ticket wheel.Ours looks little lopsided in photos because the surface it sets on is a little warped.Item is great, wish we had ordered one for our little hotdogs/ sandwich shop years ago.

It works, but it was created off kilter, so the wheel isn't level.

I previously bought this item and never put it together, so I decided to buy a second one. I now have one for primary use and ond for when I get really busy.

Cumple a la perfección con su función, es eficiente y duradero, el único problema pequeño que observé fue que no gira derecho, se va un poco chueco, lo tuvimos que modificar un poquito, no estoy segura fue solo el que se me mando a mi o si así mandan todos, no afecta el funcionamiento, simplemente es incomodo y mas cuando se busca eficiencia en la cocina
