Great surfactant, melt then pour
Well packaged, good quality, great for formulating with. This surfactant just needs to be melted by submersing the bottle in hot water or in the microwave, as they suggest on the label. I have generally found that this company is reliable and their products are good quality. My only criticism of this particular item is the inside of the cap has a paper liner that can soften and fall apart after removing the metal seal. I usually just pry the paper liner out and toss it. But anyway this is still a great item and listing.

I love this product. I prefer this over any other surfactant shipping was fast and very convenient..

Bad laurel
I couldn't use it, I've never had such a bad lauryl, the liquid is so thick that it doesn't come out of the bottle, the product is difficult to melt, it doesn't foam at all, I called the company to see if I could get any instructions on how to make foam, I sent it email, they never responded to me, there's really no way to use it!

Misleading information
The product is not how it is described, the description says its yellow liquid but the batch I received is thick and white. It does not give a lot of foam. Waste of money.
