One piece insulating form in Pillow Shaped molding
This was my 3rd tries to get right pillow. Currently I found one. But it was not it.Concept and shape was close and right, but it was too firm. After I opened product, I found out why.There is no layer and it's like insulating filling form filled in pillow molding.If you need extra firm pillow for medical condition, it would be perfect I think.But not for everyday and everyone.

Very, very firm pillow
This is more firm than I was expecting. Husband likes the foam, but usually foam pillows are too soft. This was nearly hard when it arrived, but seems to have softened a bit with use. Would have liked something a little softer, but definitely it's better than the pillows that start super soft.

Tremendously helpful for those who need neck support
Product offers great neck support. I have 2 bulging discs and this helps when I have pain. Occasionally it feels hard after half night so I have had to sometimes switch to a regular pillow. Would definitely purchase this again! I just wish there were a pillow case with similar shape that could be purchased separately.

I was very disappointed in the pillow
I was very disappointed in the pillow. Nothing about it was comfortable to me. There is no way I could fall asleep on this hard material.

At first I thought they set me a rock...not a pillow! It was tbe hardest pillow I ever laid my head on. I returned it immediately.
