Bcool Beer Cooler with Bottle OpenerThis beer cooler looks very attractive, feels nice to grip and kept our beer cool for up to four hours, however, we tried it out with a 330ml bottle of beer and we could not get the top to fit on properly...it did hold the beer in place, but the top wouldn’t twist on level, hence the 3-star review.The can option was more successful, we only tried it out with a 330ml can of coca cola, but the top went on straight away, fitted perfectly and kept the coca cola cool for three hours.The bottle opener is a nice touch, and the beer cooler does the job so well at keeping the beer cool...it is just such a shame that the beer bottle that we used did not work.This would be a great product once you get the right size beer bottle.

Doesn't take the 440ml cans my husband buys as you can see from the pic and if you don't use the black retainer lip the can falls out when you take a drink - so no good for us in that respect. The bottle attachment takes small bottles and again needs the attachment to hold the bottle in place. There are no lids and the product doesn't look or feel premium grade to either of us, for something costing £24.99 at the time of this review. Good idea but fails in all respects for us.

Slightly missed the point while designing, not that very practical. Vacuum insulation works the best when fully closed. That is the whole point of this. You take vacuum insulation, cool it down, put desire product inside and then close with either lid or anything else. Here however you can flask which you cannot close at all. You can cool down the Bcool bottle and yes, it will hold temperature of can inside or bottle but only slightly, all that temperature will be gone in minutes without proper insulation. Other hand it accepts only cans and bottles of 355ml which for cans it’s not a problem however glass bottles are usually 500ml and finding smaller just so you can fit it inside is a bit problematic. Also drinking from it from can was big challenge. On the very end of drink i had to flip bottle and can slide off from cooling bottle and it stopped on my face. Bad design and completely unpractical.The only use for this product i can think of is when you want to drink alcoholic brewery in public place and you want to hide it, then yes, nobody’s will know what you got inside. I like look of it, nice turquoise bottle with bottle opener, its just doesn’t mean anything when product is pointless especially for this price.

This comes with an insert for cans or particularly tall bottles, an insert large enough to enclose slim bottles and a cap with an integrated bottle opener.It is effective enough, I have to say.With 18C room temperature it managed to keep my beer (tried our of the fridge and capped again) pleasantly cold 4 hours after.With summer weather, lets say 26C in a sunny garden, I think the limit would be 90 minutes, 2 hours top.It is a novelty and quite obviously more of a gift than somehting one might buy for themselves, however, as someone who does not like to drink fast and hate warm beer, I can imagine myself using it often next summer while preparing the BBQ.One major problem is that slightly wider 330 ml bottles and cans will not fit. I find that quite a big defect . If one can only carry one cold beer, at least let them choose whatever brand they prefer.Also, bottles which fit will knock on the metal sides no end when carried.I think they should have designed it a bit large with a compressible foam insert, so to fit more bottle shapes while keeping it safe.Still, it is the kind of present many would welcome.
