This is a fab look from afar and indeed nice up close but nothing like wool or tweed. It is a plastic/ acrylic material that is like a sack of potato material. It isn’t bad but not very soft. It is about right for the price

These cushion covers are great, they look woolen but are not which for me is actually better as they won't get dirty quickly, will wash well and last a long time!

The reviews I read of this product are all accurate. Yes, it feels a bit "synthetic" rather than a "quality" fabric. BUT it's only £7.99! The stiffness of the fabric meant that I could fold it around the seat pad without needing to sew it. I used a feather cushion to make the back more comfortable. Very practical and great value for money.
