I like it but it was too wide...rolls up...but not bad for the price...I would say more for a man not a woman....and the stays in back very sturdy...

I bought this brace while we were on holiday in the UK. I have osteoarthritis in my spine and a lower back problem too, which was exacerbated after lengthy walks and standing around in museums. It provided great support for me for the duration of our stay in London and I had no problems when we walked in the city streets and were standing for hours in the British Museum, the last museum we visited.I used it on our 2 flights (6 1/2 hours from London to Doha and 9 1/2 hours from Doha to Cape Town) and I actually experienced no discomfort whatever. It still provides good support particularly when I am sitting at my desk typing or in the car going for long drives. I have only had it for three weeks so will write another review after a few months of use.

I've been suffering with sciatica for nearly 10 months with hip and legs and back pain well I received this today and omg within 15 minutes of wearing it the pain vanished don't ask me how as I dont know my self but I do know it gives you pain free relief within 15 minutes it's absolutely brilliant think I've found my self a new friend 😂😂😂 wearing it to work too am a carer so yes it does my back in at times but this belt is absolutely amazing

I have worn small back supports for many years, that have kept me going.This one is brilliant for gardening etc and for a bad attack.I have worn it for 2 part days and it has nade a remarkable improvement.A superb design and product. I would definitely recommend it.

This helped my back when I slipped a disk, i wore it all day for work along with a heat pad, the back brace cushioned the little things like bumps in the road whilst driving, standing up, bending to pick things up, I wore it with confidence & the skin tone colour meant no one knew I was wearing it.

I bought this as it was broader & higher than one I had.What a difference!!!!I don't know how but no pain whilst wearing it or upon removal.It's comfy to wear & adjustable to your frame .I wish I had found it years ago.
