I I’ve bought three of these seats the first one lasted over two years the second one April this year which split I two places which makes think the material has changed I see another review with same problem I have just ordered another today I hope this lasts longer than last one

2nd time I’ve bought one of these. Got first one a couple of years ago after a knee replacement. Found the one they gave me from the hospital much to hard and painful on the back of me leg post surgery, kept it on ever since as it just makes life easier. After a couple of years it was stating to wear on inner edge so decided to get another one. Not the cheapest but it’s very comfy and stays put on the toilet and easy to remove to clean.

Not suitable for bigger bums. The lid has cracked near the hinges. The lid hasn't been sat on and seat only been used by 1 person for 2 weeks. Only put the lid down softly a few times. Used soap and water for cleaning as recommended but although being black, the material is starting to show a bit of wear already. Its comfortable to sit on but wish didn't purchase and now it has been used it can't be returned.

Side split after 6 months, split is 5 inches long and growing. Tried Product Support no contact possible on website. Buy if you must but for the price its money wasted for 6 months use. SPLIT ON A TOILET SEAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS A HEATH RISK. Additional review I have increased my rating to 5 stars the reason being, within 24hours of submission of my 1 star rating and informing KMINA of the problem, I received a very nice email from the company with a no-quibble apology and a full refund of the cost. I think this is the most excellent service, and wish more companies would live up to their responsibilities to their customers WELL DONE KMINA . After suffering stroke I was left paralysed from the right. This is such a great piece of equipment, very easy to fit and helps me to sit on and get up.

love this raised, with lid toilet seat. i love the black and white combo, gives it a modern look, the seat is firm but soft under the skin as you seat down, plus it is not cold, pardon the pun, its just right. oh, and the 4 ins or 10 cms is a perfect hight. highly recommend.

I originally gave this 5 stars when I bought it..llbut now after year, the seat is cracking, the paper thin plastic lid has broken off…so I am disappointed, highly recommend the company add a thicker plastic seat cover …the one it comes with presently is paper thin, and will not last….terrible! So I now am saying buy knowing what u get at this price it should be indestructible, but it’s NOT….too expensive to replace now,
