Victorinox Swiss Classic Paring Knife, 3.9 inches, Orange

This is an excellent knife and very sharp, as I sadly found out! It now sits in its own little compartment in the cutlery tray. Glad I got the pink handled one, it means I can see it in the washing up bowl and handle with care. It's comfortable to use and the size is just right for slicing small veg like carrots etc.

Bought this to replace an old paring knife. It has a very sharp, non serrated blade and can be used to cut tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers very thinly. It appears to be of good quality and seems to hold its edge. I would purchase again. Amazon has good security checks in place to ensure they are sold to bona fide customers over the age of 18.
