Jujubes Chewy Candy, Lilac, Violet, Lime, Lemon and Cherry, 5.5 Ounce

I freaking love jujubes. Especially the lilac flavor. Not gonna lie, it irks me that no one appreciates a lightly flavored not overly sugared chewy candy. These will always be a favorite of mine. I dread the jujube extinction.

You can't just go to the candy store for Jujubes anymore! So we're forced to mail order them. My box came in a plastic bag; upon opening the bag, I found the box was unsealed. The candy was a different size & the whole appearance was way off from how they used to be. The flavors were true but the candy was very stale. If you know, you know! A Jujube should be sort of like a hard rubber nub to be like the original formula. These were NOT that.

This box of candy which I can't find in my local area really brought me back to when I was a kid at summer camp. Nice bit of nostalgia. Strangely, they tested better than I remembered to to taste. That was a pleasant surprise.

It’s hard to find these anywhere, these came quickly and were just what we were looking for.

Although we love this candy, it’s definitely not worth the price. Most stores sell it for 98 cents, but since we can’t get it anywhere I caved and ordered it from here.

You would think by accident a few would be in the box. But not one.I bought these once before, for my granddaughter. Kids all love the Swedish fish, sour patch kids, etc.so I was really curious to see that she would think of Juju beads, I have very fond memories. She LOVED them. So I ordered another box & they were all loose in the package. No on will be eating this batch. And I wouldn’t chance ordering another box. Disappointed.

Although I love these I was pretty disappointed to pay over $5 a box when I know they’re only $1 everywhere except for the fact that you literally can’t find them anymore. I guess supply and demand got me on this one!

While I only order once in a while there’s a reason. I would eat the whole box in less than 30 minutes.. it’s a weird thing, I think you even love this stuff or you hate it.. I particularly love it!
