High quality water output, easy to use, compact size.
This is an excellent water purifier. Output water tests consistently at zero dissolved solids and tastes great. A couple of reviews made reference to it being noisy. Okay, yes, it makes some noise. I would say it's comparable to phone set on vibrate sitting on a counter top, not an issue. A few things that are not necessarily drawbacks but worth a mention: Perhaps I missed this in the description, but as with all RO purifiers, there is a certain amount of waste water. With this unit, the waste water is actually put back into the reservoir of water to be purified. This necessitates about every half gallon of purified water you need to dump the entire reservoir container out and fill it with new tap water. This has the advantage of eliminating the need for a drain tube. The other thing to note is that the filter rate is fairly slow. We are using this to make about 4 gallons at a time so that we can put the thing away when not in use. To make 4 gallons of water takes about 90 minutes. The size of the unit is comparable to a coffee maker, fairly compact compared to others. Good value as well.

Solid Compact RO System.
So far this water purifier has worked very well. It cleans and purifies my well water making it taste better than any bottled water. I mainly bought it off of experience from my Saeco coffee machine. (Philips is the parent company of Saeco). The machine is low profile and doesn't take up much countertop space. It takes up about the same amount of space as a larger Brita or Zero Water filter. The water reservoir is smaller, which is a trade off for it being so compact. That being said, it really doesn't waste much water. When I refill the reservoir has maybe 1/5 of the reservoir capacity in it. Definitely recommend for a one person household. For larger households it might be worth looking into a unit with a larger reservoir.

I’m impressed!
Yes it dispenses water a bit slow but the water quality is great! I just bought a few more of those Philips glass bottles and keep them in the fridge.

Great Water Quality, But Setup Instructions Could Be Better
I recently purchased the Philips Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Countertop and while I’m still learning how to use it, I can already tell it was a smart buy. The water tastes incredibly clean and refreshing — a noticeable difference from what I was drinking before. I feel confident it's doing what it's supposed to with the 6-stage filtration and Aquaporin tech. That said, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the setup instructions were not very clear. Even the video was a bit confusing and left me with questions. I actually considered making my own tutorial once I figure it out fully, just to help others.Overall, despite the learning curve, I’m happy with the purchase and looking forward to using it daily.

Great RO Water Filter
The Philips RO water filter is very easy and intuitive to use. It's actually kind of attractive in my kitchen too. But most importantly, it produces great tasting water. The water in my area often comes out my tap brown, and is supposedly safe to drink, but I don't trust it. After researching different filter systems, I chose the Philips because I trust the brand. The one thing that gave me pause are some of the controversies surrounding RO water, but I find the criticisms of it not terribly convincing. The one downside I found is that RO water tastes a bit flat because of the lack of minerals. But then I read an article somewhere that suggested using a tiny pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt to remineralize the water and help the taste. Pink salt has more minerals than white salt, and this really changed everything. The trick is to use just the tiniest fraction of a pinch of pink salt in each bottle, otherwise it tastes like salt water. If you find the right fraction of a pinch, you don't taste the salt at all, but the water no longer tastes flat and has a wonderful clean and refreshing taste. I love knowing that I'm no longer drinking heavy metals and microplastics. Plus I'm eliminated the use of plastic water bottles, which we should all be doing!

Does not work for long
At first this worked very well, but a couple weeks after the return day passed, it started malfunctioning. The drip is very slow and it only gives a small amount of water before stopping. The water line has been flushed and I tried all the troubleshooting. Definitely worked great when it did work but very expensive for only working for 6 weeks.

CLEANEST WATER EVER
No more needing to purchase bottles and bottles of drinking water. We use this device multiple times a day and have no more concerns about what chemicals are left lurking in the water, in our coffee, and recipes. Easy to use and takes seconds to fill the provided glass bottle. Only sorry we didn't purchase this sooner.

Excellent countertop RO filtration system
I used to use a Brita Elite filter, and was never really happy with the taste and quality. I started doing research on reverse osmosis and settled on this one. The water quality and taste is excellent, and my coffee and tea taste way better now. The cold and hot water dispensing is a game changer. I also no longer get brown rings and stains in my water bottle either.I've had it for 3 months so far and have had no issues with it. Great build quality and works great. Highly recommend!
