Can the delivery people remove the doors to get this fridge/freezer fit in

They won't even take it in the door. In the Preparation notes they are required to remove packaging, but they can't do that if they can't take it in. They would at best put it in a garage boxed. There is no option for couriers to take it in. Couriers were polite and explained its policy as without the option the courier has no liability insurance for it as it enteres a private residence. Pretty shocking for Amazon not to offer an option of delivery inside house. I had to refuse it at point of delivery. Gutted.

Are the freezer drawers wide enough for a pizza?

Sadly not a large pizza. Will take the smaller ones but nothing over 10"

Is this suitable for outbuildings?

Don't know. I have mine in the kitchen. Maybe be worth asking the manufacturer and giving details of where you want to store it.

After door is shut a fan/motor kicks in , quite noisy for 10 mins or so is this normal to be noisy ?

No it shouldn’t be noisy, you will hear it if the room is quiet but it should not be really loud. Make sure it is level first because that can lead to excess vibration but if it is the internal fan that is loud I would say there is something wrong.
