These are not exactly 10"; they are just under. Its also a tad on the darker side,, not as bright as the picture. When separate all the sheets & fluff it out, it's about 7". They'll still work for my project but now I don't feel like I got the best deal for their true size.

Very difficult to get these to resemble a ball shape. Plan far ahead of time if you want to make them look nice. This isn't something you open the bag and voila! It's much more tedious than that! Color was very nice.

My crafty sister used these to craft table centerpieces for our Mom's birthday. The paper was sturdy, easy to fluff and easy to work with.

Great size and really puffed up to be round and attractive. Great royal blue color. Dressed up tents we used for our graduation party.

These were too flimsy and cheap to even use for our partyAlmost see through and you couldn't separate the layers to make a nice pomander

I tried to pull them apart and they kept tearing. Not what I expected at all. I ended up throwing two away. I'm not going to use them. Wish they were easier to put together.

You are basically buying a bag of tissue paper that you have to assemble. Not worth the money.
