I was hesitant to purchase because of some of the reviews regarding its shedding but I am so glad I did. The rug is absolutely magnificent. It's thick, deliciously comfortable to walk on, a beautiful color and pattern, and in my opinion actually doesn't really shed much at all. It's my 4th all-wool rug and I expected worse shedding than my other 3 rugs because the pile is deeper (but decided the shedding was worth it because of the longevity, feel, and stain resistance of real wool, and because I vacuum most days anyway due to the other rugs' shedding and my small children); however, it seems to be shedding less than my other rugs did when they were new. Not sure why that is, but this rug exceeded my expectations.

I’m aware that wool rugs shed but I’ve owned this one for months now and this rug won’t quit. We can’t even walk from our rug to our bed in socks or else our feet will track all of the wool fibers into our bed. When I contacted the company, they openly admitted that this particular rug shredded a whole bunch and wasn’t going to stop. It’s just unfortunate because you are supposed to wait 6 weeks for a wool rug to quit shedding. Well by the time I realized this rug wasn’t going to stop, I was past my 30 day return mark. If the rug didn’t she’d like a Husky, then I’d love it because it is beautiful.

This rug is such a beautiful subtle design in a crisp white tone. Very nice and soft on the feet I want to walk on it and bury my feet in it. Perfect amount of shag, I absolutely love it.

I am giving this one star purely because of the rug pattern. That is all.Do not get this rug if you are not ok with removing wool hair clumps and dustings from your flooring and furniture every day. I called the support team when the one month return window was approaching to complain. I had always heard wool rugs shed for a short period of time but the customer support team member assured me it would be better after 3 months with no issues what so ever. Here we are 6 months in and it even seems to be getting worse.I rake this rug on my hands and knees every other day and it STILL leaves more hair around our house than a shedding dog. Huge disappointment and really wish I would’ve trusted my gut returning it when I was able.

Love this shaggy boho rug but it came dirty with stains in many areas- used for a while I thinkVery disappointed that I cannot roll it up and pay to return it!So upset about it! Stains were right in the middle and i think some of the black is on the white where the lines are too, SAD!

Rug looks pretty and feels soft, however it sheds really bad. I thought after vacuuming it a few times this would resolve, but I’ve had it for an entire year now and it still sheds like crazy.Overall, nice rug.. as long as you don’t mind vacuuming around it daily… and not being able to wear dark clothes when sitting on it…

8x10 foot rug placed under my king size mattress! Looks amazing!

The media could not be loaded.  This rug is soft to step onto in the morning, and looks more expensive than it is because the pattern is unique! I love it! For reference, this is an 8x10 rug under a queen size bed & I always use a rug pad on our tile floors in AZ & our hardwood in WA. I don’t believe any rug is complete without one, but maybe it’s just me. I used a 3/8” felt rug pad under this one.
