Will any vacuum work with these bags?

These bags are designed specifically for the Zwilling Fresh & Save system. We have not tested them with other vacuum sealing products.

The description lists up to 212 Fahrenheit for sous vide, has anyone had issues with this limitation?

You probably would be doing soups vide at a much lower temperature. But since 212 is the maximum temperature of boing water, it could not go any higher.
