Not sure if the bottles are supposed to be sealed under the cap or not but none of the ones Ive purchased had any seal under the cap. The ones I get from salon have seal under the cap so I am now wondering if this is real product. The bottle were also not completely full. Without seals it really wouldn't be difficult to switch out the shampoo or conditioner with a cheaper brand. These really should be sealed under the cap.

This product was recommended to me but I wish I would have read more reviews. One it smells horrible. I've never bought it before so I'm not sure what it was soposed to smell like. I've been using it for about a month and my hair has been thinning!!! It's so noticable even my husband said something. I am throwing them away! And never buying hair products from Amazon again !

I have been using joico kpak reconstructing shampoo for many years. It had a slight tolerable scent to.it before. It was a great shampoo until this new change. The smell is horrendous! It smells like a string cheap cologne that lingers in your bathroom and your hair.Being that I have asthma it set me off bad. If your going to buy this and never tried the new version I would get a trial size first before you waste your money to see if you can tolerate this strong and bothersome smell.The price I have no problem with the sheerness, thickness no problem either.Thankfully Amazon was gracious enough to reimburse.

Do not buy this! It is not real Joico K-Pak! I have purchased real Joico K-Pak from a professional store, many times, in the past. When I got this product, it didn’t have a seal on the top of the bottle. It didn’t have the same appearance or texture of Joico. It smelled completely different. And, it damaged my hair. Save your money. This is a Joico container filled with cheap shampoo.

To start off I have level 10 blonde ,color melted hair. I've been doing my own hair my entire life and have been this level blonde for over 2 years. I usually use a purple shampoo and conditioner but noticed how much it was drying my hair out so wanted to switch it up too something new. My friend always raves about this brand so I decided to give it a try and my god,after my first wash (followed with the conditioner) noticeably my hair is softer and has far less damage. I'm a week into using it and I can tell you this is a life saver. I know some other people have given bad reviews to the new "recipe" for the shampoo and conditioner but as a 1st time user this stuff is worth it. I spend endless amounts of money on my hair and honestly this is worth it if you need a boost to get your hair back too a healthy state!

I purchased this product after having my hair washed in it at the Hair Salon. At the salon I loved the smell and decided I wanted it. Although this was the exact same product as the salon this bottle smelled horrible.

This works great!!!! I have frizzy hair and this shampoo and conditioner brand made my hair so smooth and shiny!!! Smells great too!!! So far my best ever,and don’t wanna go back to the cheap stuff Like dove or Pantene Worth the money!

I have used this shampoo for years and I really like it. However, this time it came damaged, lid broken and spilled out into the bag it was sent it. I do not recommend mailing this in a bag. It should have come in a box.

Love this shampoo- I’d love it if it came with a pump but it does make my hair feel silky and moisturised. Definitely worth the money.
