Pair of Humidor Thermometers/Hygrometers
Analog, spring coil movenents in these, just like in them old timey days. I put them both into separate calibration bags for 24 hours and although they both recorded identical readouts, the humidity read a consistant 4% higher on each unit than the target humidity claimed by the calibration bags (79% actual versus 75% target). Temps though were accurate and consistantly identical. You may find a 4% offset acceptable, however, my preferred humidity setting is 65% and I’m unsure if this 4% deviation remains a constant at all levels of humidity ir not; probably not and to get a handle on this, you would have to use a minimum of 2 humidity standards to see if a straight line (standard deviation) may be determined. Otherwise, akthough there is no way to mechanically calibrate these meters, the temp readouts appear highly consistant and accurate, displays are highly visible and easily read and 2 sticky discs are included for purposes of mounting to the interior of your humidor.

Works well
It is a great price for what you get and it is easy to read. If you need to reposition it, you will need another way of attaching it. The sticking part does not peel off.

These are a MUST buy if you plan on incubating chicken eggs
I've gone through three types/brands of digital ones, and they suck. I find these are the best and they even glow so you can read it threw tinted window tops or in the dark. They are easy to read and accurate.

they work with some adjustments
Ok so I have been reading thermometers most of my life and this one is hard to read for me, I'm not sure where and how to read from 70 to 90 degrees, there are not enough marks to make it read even and it does not break it down on what the marks are reading at. So, if I'm right each mark should be reading 2.65 or there abouts. but I could be wrong, and I probably am wrong. however, they do work right out of the box, and after some minor adjustments. If anyone knows please let me know.
