Med: A Cookbook

Be very careful when you buy this book. I purchased Mediterranean a few months back. Loved it. When I saw a book by the same author called Med I purchased immediately. Only to find when it arrived it was exactly the same book with a different cover. Suggest you buy in a book shop as at least one can check content

I must first say that this is not actually a review, as this book has not yet been published in the U.S., and therefore I have not yet actually received my copy. But I have been cooking from Claudia Roden's cookbooks for over forty years, and I have never, not once, cooked a recipe of hers that was anything but delicious. Her recipes are seldom elaborate or complex. What they are is perfect. What someone who has not cooked from her books might see as overly simple, or as unrewarding has, in my experience, had the elegant simplicity of the essential. I can't wait until my copy arrives.

Beautiful book and very tasty dishes. Claudia Roden is a queen of kitchen.

I love cooking and trying new recipes this book has ticked all of that. Easy to follow and tasty recipes. Highly recommend

Eenvoudige recepten, maar wel goed.

Home cooking. Very useful and inspirational book. Always discover something new to cook.But it is heavy and therefore not so handy in the kitchen.Sincerely recommended!

le livre n a aucune originalité, toutes les recettes sont du déjà vu. ça n'a pas du tout fait le wouaw escompté !! je l'ai retourné, d autant plus qu il est arrivé avec la tranche qui avait craquée..
