The corrugated portion is 1" inside diameter. The short (about 1.5") tubular portions before the nuts are 7/8"

what the burst pressure rating and time?

I do not know the exact specifics about the hose. I can tell you I have had the line under about 30-50 psi for about 8 months and all is good. Very strong stainless and well constructed. Fairly flexible. I am using it on a water softener on a water well. Good luck!
