This item runs small. It is to tight and very stiff. It is not eligible for return so you are stuck with a pillow that does not fit.UPDATE: It is still a 2; however, since I could not return it I took a pony tail band and put it through the loop on the pillow and back thru the pony tail loop and it stretches to hold the pillow in place.

It is very comfortable. I wish it had Velcro to hold the two ends together

 This is an INCREDIBLE travel pillow that has already gotten me through one overnight flight peacefully & comfortably. The memory foam is fairly thick & the gray cover that this pillow comes with is soft, and almost has a suede-like texture. The memory foam is pretty stiff, which, in my experience, means that it better conforms to the weight and structure of your own neck/head after time. This is a heavy-duty memory foam neck pillow that's made for long car rides, flights, and any sort of trip where you'll be needing some peaceful shut-eye. The earplugs and the sleep mask is an added bonus, although the mask is pretty thin & nothing special. Some key features of this neck pillow that are worth mentioning:-Thick memory foam will mold to your neck/head the more you use it-Soft suede-like pillow cover-The shape of this neck pillow is great. The back is slightly higher than the curved sides, allowing you to use this pillow sitting straight up. This gives you incredible support. I'm usually a side sleeper and this was actually way more comfortable than sleeping on one side of my head.-The pillow has 2 loops on each curved side's end, allowing you to clip the pillow to a suitcase or backpack! this feature is what truly made this purchase 5 stars for me. Pillow is great! I went on a plane recently and brought it with me. It was really comftorable and I was able to sleep really well on the plane. My neck was a bit stiff when I woke up but that might be due to the way I was sleeping.
