Loved everything about it

I love this Kristin Ess flat iron. You can do so much with it. You can have sleek straight hair or use it to make beautiful curls and waves. It has an auto shut off which I love because I always get worried my daughters will forget to turn it off. I believe it heats up to 440 degrees. The iron itself is gorgeous with its good plates! So far I am loving this straightener. It works as it should!

So disappointed. Bought this in December 2022. Not even 6 months later it blew a fuse (on the lowest setting). I called Amazon and they said they couldn’t do anything, would have to call the company. It is still under warranty, but 2 emails and 2 phone calls later to the company, I have had no response. Basically have a broken flat iron and am out almost $200.Did not expect this from Amazon.
