I am a “mature” lady and I assembled this bed solo. I took my time, but it really was very intuitive and super easy to assemble. I found it to be a beautiful and very sturdy bed when assembled. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I definitely think it was worth the price. My only ding is the inordinate amount of styrofoam waste used in shipping. I have ordered other large items with more sustainable packaging, and I wish others would follow suit. Still, based on this purchase, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase Zinus in the future.

We had the same bed room set for nearly 17 years and wanted to refresh our bedroom. I did TONS of research and settled on this bed frame. SO pleased with this purchase! The package came with all the parts and was probably the easiest piece of furniture my husband and I have ever assembled together!! They designed this frame really well. It’s incredibly sturdy. No movement or noise at all. It also fit right in with the boho style theme I went for in decorating. The wood is beautiful and its slightly MCM design is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this frame!

I’m so satisfied with this bed. It has a low enough profile to look modern, but it’s also substantial enough to really fill my large size room. The proportions just really seemed to work well. Moreover, the hardware and construction seems really solid and I’m surprised on how good it is for the money making this a really great value. I really like the three metal legs in the center too that really give wide bad. A lot of stability.

Overall great bed. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. We bought it to replace a "squeaky" metal bed frame. It looks great and no squeaking!

Amazing bed!! We are in love with it. It’s very sturdy and was easy to assemble. The instructions were very easy to follow. It is packed really well. The styrofoam was even in plastic bags so it didn’t make a mess when we unpacked it. The best furniture packing I’ve ever seen. It really feels like the company actually cares about how the frame is received. It goes so well with the various wood tones we have for our nightstands and dressers. It really ties our bedroom together. We are just so happy every time we walk into our room and see our new bed. This was an upgrade we’d been putting off and I’m glad we finally found this bed and bought it! If you’re reading the reviews and unsure, please take this as a sign to go ahead and buy the bed! This price is a steal for this high quality bed.

Really impressed with this bed! I read lots of reviews before selecting a new bed frame and this did not disappoint. It came packed very well and included everything you need to put the frame together. The instructions are clear and assembly was easy. It helps to have a second person to hold the headboard during steps 7 and 8, but one person could do it by themselves if you prop up the headboard against something sturdy. It's really beautiful once put together and the actual color is pretty accurate to the listing photos. It has a bit of an orange hue in our lighting, but it's not off-putting and actually goes really well with antique wood flooring if you have it. I included a photo with a piece of white printer paper next to the frame to try to give an idea of the color. This is in a south-facing room with moderate natural light and lamp light. I was a bit worried about the mattress moving since the bed doesn't have any side rails to hold it in place, but so far we haven't had any issues with the mattress sliding around. I would definitely recommend this one, especially for the price!

Usually when you have assemble “furniture in a box” you end up with busted knuckles, or have to “encourage” things to fit together while trying to read instructions that make little sense. Two of these twin beds arrived today. Extremely well packaged for protection, and they even encased the styrofoam in plastic so it didn’t all fall apart when you pulled everything out of the heavy, double walled box. Instructions were easy to understand, and they used little number labels so it was almost full-proof. 1 connected to 2, 2 connected to 3, etc.. Usually you get a little allen wrench … they provided a little socket wrench that made it so easy. The screws, nuts, etc were well machined, and they intentionally provided several extra of these. The way the slats go down with Velcro made it so easy, foolproof. The finish is ok, probably not going to be very durable with grandkids but for the price it will work fine. Only complaint. Some of the screw holes are visible by design. Including some stained wooden plugs/caps would have been a nice touch for a more finished look, A trip to Home Depot tomorrow will solve the problem, however.

Super easy to assemble, very sturdy (100kg + 70kg couple) , its a orangey type of wood which is exactly what we wanted to go with the rustic mid century modern type of vibe.

We have purchased and assembled 4 Zinus beds in the last year. Their quality is fantastic. Solidly built and easy to follow instructions. Spare parts included too! Their packaging is brilliant as well - all styrofoam pieces are wrapped in a soft plastic so you don't get bets everywhere. I would trust any product from this company and recommend it to my friends.

solid bed, pretty darn sturdy. pictures match color pretty close aswell. tiny redish tonnes but natural looking like a hazelnut shell. some caps for the screw holes would really make it 10/10. but u can buy wooden covers for the holes and stain them if u want. may be tuff to match tho. pretty easy to put together, came with ratchet and multiple tools so 2 people can work at once. my bed is slitly larger on the sides so sorta bulges out 1-2cm on the sides. so ideally used for thinner mattress, but still is fine.
