Q: What is measurement from center of frame holes? It didn't fit my 2016 tacoma

I don’t know it was installed on my grandson’s 2017 Tacoma and it fit existing holes perfectly

Q: Measurement between bolt holes?

Unsure of actual measurements but as long as you have a 3rd gen tacoma(doesn't matter which package, all use same frame) this will line up perfectly with the designated bolt holes on the frame of your truck. If you have a different vehicle, find a tow package that's actually made for that specific vehicle. Better fit and far safer option than attempting a mix n match.

You don’t need dimensions. It is designed to fit the vehicle it is made for. It fit mine perfectly.

Q: How much weight can this pul using a 4 cylinder truck?

The hitch is rated for more than the truck. The truck is rated for 3500 pounds. Hitch is 7000. I believe. 4wd might be more. I have a 4 cyl 2 wd.
