Hi! I received the pipes without the connectors. I would love to keep the pyramid if I receive all the parts. I don’t understand what happened.

This is very well constructed overall with a few minor flaws. I purchased this from the manufacturer in India. It is very easy to put together but the cap is distorted. However, it looks just fine without the cap. One of the copper tubes had a minor dent in it but overall the pyramid looks really nice.--UPDATE: I was able to press the cap back into alignment.I comes with a small orgone ball that is suspended from the top of the pyramid. I've meditated in it a few times. It is too early to tell if it really affects the quality of my meditation experience. It seems like it does but I need more time with it. Otherwise, just looking at it as a work of art is calming.Sidenote: I also purchased the 3 foot square base aluminum pyramid. It was harder to put together. It required more force to connect the tubes resulting in slight curves in the tubes. The copper head cap to it was also distorted--instead of a square base it was slightly diamond shaped. UPDATE: I took it apart and removed the tiny black rubbers from all the connectors and this made it much easier to put together and take apart. I was able to press the copper back more or less into correct shape.

I'm so happy with this purchase! The product came from India and was received earlier than expected. All of the parts appear to be real copper, and arrived in perfect condition. Along with the copper joints, it also came with copper tubes, copper top, and an orgone ball. I was able to assemble pyramid by myself in about ten minutes without any problems. Very excited to use this in my meditation practice!

I LOVE this product! This is the second review I have written, somehow Amazons software deleted it.I use this daily to meditate in, as well as charge my drinking water for myself and my pets.I can't imagine my life without this Pyramid. Also, this company is fantastic, very fast shipping!
