Could be much better if only..
Installing this was easy enough. It didn’t seem extremely solidly built and had the normal flexibility to it that thin plexiglass has. I just made a mental note that I couldn’t sit on it or lean against it mounted on the wall.As I started using it however, I noticed the paper towels wouldn’t just pull right out and have a tendency to “stick” inside when you’re trying to pull them out. This is especially so after refilling and the towels would tear apart and I’d get pieces of towels, except for the few times I would use two hands and gently coax the towel out and sometimes get the whole towel. It didn’t work every time I even tried that. Eventually I found myself leaving a roll of paper towels under it that could be counted on to deliver whole towels. One day, I thought “what’s the point?” as such and examined it closely to try to figure out what the issue is. I noticed that the edges of the opening are where the towels were sticking against the unfinished cut edge of the plexiglass. So I took it down and started sanding and filling until the opening was rounded and eventually polished after working up to 5000 and higher sanding grit. Now with the rounded and polished edges of the opening, the towels are able to slip out….I suppose how they were supposed to from the start. So it seems these missed a step in the plexiglass manufacturing process as things are never done until the finish work is complete. Hopefully they figure this out on their own before everyone with this ends up with torn towels and duplicate holders.

Sanitary Drying Made Simple
This is a very simple towel holder but I love it! I am using it in a home application. I have it in my kitchen attached to the side of a cupboard that is right next to my sink. I didn't want to put holes in the cupboard wall so I am using Command hooks and they work fine. This handy towel holder comes with slot holes for hanging, the screws, and two sticky little sponges. The sponges alone are not adequate to hold it in place under the stress of pulling out the towels. What I love is the sanitary/hygienic qualities. I don't like to touch anything when my hands are covered in - whatever - while I am cooking. The towels dispensing one at a time are so convenient! I pull a towel, turn on the faucet using the towel ( I don't have to touch the dispenser at all), put my hand under my automatic soap dispenser , wash away - whatever - pull another towel and dry.I also love that I can use a towel that I've only dried my hands on, but is not contaminated by, let's say, chicken that I've been cutting up, to wipe up any water drops on my stainless steel sink. After using the one in the kitchen for several months, I bought one for the bathroom. Using paper towels that dispense individually are really the only way to avoid drying one's hands on a germ covered cloth towel. Think about it! I hope I don't sound weird about being so concerned about germs! However, cross contamination is something that I wish to avoid.I also very much like that I can see the towels and know when I need to add more so they don't run out. I LOVE it! As for the towels; I have tried Georgia-Pacific towels, which are adequate but tear easily. The Kleenex towels are heavier and softer.Update: 4/28/14Try adding contact paper to embellish this towel holder to compliment your room. It works well.

What could go wrong...
..with such a simple thing like a paper towel dispenser? I bought one of these, and considering that this is not a complicated device, I expected to receive something that actually hangs on a wall and dispenses paper towels, but I was wrong. It did not come with any hardware, just stick-on tabs. So assuming that these stick-on tabs should hold, I decided to use them instead of buying hardware to mount this thing. I though it would hold at first, but considering the amount of force needed to pull out a towel, I knew it wouldn't hold, so I would hold the unit up with one hand and pull out the towel with the other hand. Towels were difficult to pull out and they sometimes would just tear, so I decided to just take them out of the top opening instead of pulling them through the slot. I came home today and found the stick-on tabs had let go and the dispenser was on the floor and so were ~150 paper towels. That was the last straw...this thing was a flop. I guess I'll just leave the stack of towels on the sink like I should have done in the first place.UPDATED: I am revising the rating of this product because the manufacturer (TrippNT Inc) sent a replacement to me and it works much better, and it included proper mounting hardware. Their customer service is excellent and they seem to stand behind their products. The customer service rep was Jason. He did a great job with fixing this issue for me.

Satisfied so far
This dispenser is easy to install and it's the perfect size for our small, small kitchen. In regards to other posts who say the paper towels bunch up or don't come out easily, you have to place your multifold paper towels into the dispenser a certain way. I too was becoming frustrated with how they were dispensing, but my husband told me to set them in a different way and voila! Single paper towels dispensed each time. So don't give up, just play with it a little until it works. Product feels very secure hanging on the wall, I'm not afraid of it falling when I yank out the towels. So far, we're happy. I gave 4 stars because of cosmetic stuff (some scratches on the dispenser), other than that, we're happy. We'll see how it holds up. I'm one to update my review if the product is short lived.

Bien
Buen producto.

Was forced to get one for my business and love that found this
I cant believe I am so excited about a paper towel holder! Was forced to get one for my business and love that found this. Mounted this with a plastic velcro type fastener and it holds well, even full of paper towels. Love how it is minimalist and clean looking, Arrived in absolutely prefect condition. I used the http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0040ZOD0Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 towels (guessed and forgot to read the diagram, like an idiot)... And they work okay with a slight tug to get them out.

Expensive but wanted this style, fast, re: COVID
Exactly what I thought it would be. I had others from previous orders. I know I paid too much this time but wanted it fast and needed to match all of our others for paper towel purchasing ease. It does the job as advertised.

Bonito
Me hubiera gustado que tuviera tapa, pero aun sin ella está muy elegante y da estilo, fácil de instalar, trajo una película protectora, para evitar que se raspe. Se carga con facilidad. Muy recomendado.
